Luminescence category accept papers in the electronic excited states of molecular, ionic and covalent systems, whether crystalline, amorphous, or liquid. Submissions in the traditional areas of optical spectroscopy (absorption, magnetic circular dichroism, luminescence, Raman scattering, radiative & non-radiative relaxation) are welcome.
